He thereafter sent me a detailed estimate that I thought was reasonable and we scheduled the time for the repair. Esteban and his assistant Wesley came at the appointed time and did great work in repairing the roof. They were very professional, courteous, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Esteban also provided a host of photos of the problem areas and their repairs and explained what they did and why. Esteban also went over the entire roof locating additional issues and addressed them. They also quickly and very nicely fixed some roof trim on the front of my house at my request. It has been a couple of weeks since the repairs were done and we have had a number of very heavy rain storms; I am very pleased to report that the work Esteban and Wesley did on the roof did the trick—no more leaks!
